Reston, VA – Qbase, a provider of key information technology and analytics services to the federal government for more than a decade, today announced that it has completed a periodic surveillance audit for its processes under ISO 9001:2015, as well as ISO 20000-1:2011 and ISO 27001:2013. Originally certified in 2016, Qbase has maintained compliance on all three certifications and is required to undergo periodic audits to retain the accreditation.
The audit included a comprehensive review of Qbase’s quality management system, a documentation review, and clearance of any non-conformances.
“Passing this most recent audit to ensure our continued compliance with ISO standards recognizes our commitment to the policies and procedures that ensure the quality of our service delivery to Qbase clients everywhere,” Jose Gomes, Qbase Vice President said. “The audits overlapped but went smoothly because our company has fully embraced these demanding standards across our business. I’m incredibly thankful for our team’s hard work and proud – but not surprised – at the results.”
