Reston, VA – Qbase, an enterprise services and digital transformation leader, today announced that it has been awarded a contract with the U.S. Army for its Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) effort. This is five-year contract includes a scope of services covering knowledge-based professional services for tw programs with command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR) related requirements. RS3 is a multiple-award IDIQ contract with a maximum ceiling value of $37.4 billion.

The RS3 IDIQ provides ACC-APG customers, other Program Executive Offices (PEOs), other Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, and other federal agencies with knowledge-based support services for requirements with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) related needs.
