QBASE AWARDED US CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION IT SERVICE DESK CONTRACT

360 ITIS/Qbase awarded the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Customs and Border Protection (CBP) contract to provide Technology Service Desk 24×7 support services to resolve enterprise technology issues/requests for over 200 software system applications.
Reston, VA – Qbase, a leading provider of essential IT and data analytics services to key Federal and commercial clients, announced today that it has been awarded the DHS CBP contract to provide critical Technology Service Desk operations supporting CBP employees and contractors, trade partners, and Participating Government Agencies (PGAs) worldwide. Qbase received the EAGLE II contract award as the prime member and co-owner of the 360 IT Integrated Solutions (360 ITIS) Joint Venture.

The Technology Service Desk is a global, multi-tiered, round-the-clock operation supporting the IT infrastructure of all CBP programs and projects.
Qbase will support this mission with program management, 24×7 operational support services to all CBP customers, PGAs, importers and exporters that access CBP software applications including the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) commercial trade processing system.
